Rules Leave Isidentil & Incentives and The Right Timeout Employees

Information of HRD employees rules leave of absence
1.  Annual leave, of at least 12 (twelve) working days after the corresponding employees working for 12 (twelve) months continuously and if not taken are considered to be charred.
2.  A long break of at least 30 (thirty) days and is carried out in the seventh and eighth, for employees who have worked for 6 (six) years continuously at the same company with the provisions of the employee is not entitled to mention the annual break in 2 (two) years running and thereafter are valid for every multiple of working period 6 (six) years. Follow the wisdom of the company based on the level of need.

Regulation of rights incidental break and incentives employees
1.    Female employees are entitled to earn a break for 1.5 (and a half) months before childbirth and one time (one and a half) months after giving birth according to the calculations of the obstetrician or midwife.
·     Get incentives from the company amounting to Rp. 200.000

2.    Female employees who suffer a miscarriage content rights to get break 1.5 (one half) months or conformity to the affidavits the obstetrician or midwife.
·     Get incentives from the company amounting to Rp. 250.000

3.    Employees of the woman whose son still breast-feeding should be given the opportunity to breastfeed her child if it must be done during work time.
·     Didn't get incentives from the company

4.    Employees in trouble, where parents / in-laws husband or wife / son died a break for 3 days the rest calculated permission.
·     get these incentives from rp company Rp. 250.000

5.    Employees enforce marriage acquired the rest for 3 days of rest calculated permission.
·     Get incentives from the company amounting to Rp. 200.000

6.    Male employees who keep the process of the birth of his son earned a break for 1 day rest calculated permission.
·     Get incentives from the company amounting to Rp. 200.000

7.    Employees who are experiencing pain according to doctors analysis should stay get a break during the 3 days of rest due to illness permits calculated.
·     Get incentives from the company amounting to Rp. 100.000



Any employee who uses the right rest period referred to in article above is entitled to full wages.
